The challenge
Enrolment, course material, and learner progress were tracked separately, which made it slow to answer basic questions about where a learner stood.
Our approach
We built the platform around the learner journey — enrolment through completion — so progress is recorded as a by-product of normal use rather than manual reporting.
The outcome
Enrolment, delivery, and progress tracking sit in one platform with reporting available to administrators without manual collation.
